Blaine Finch, President
Blaine is the owner and President of the firm. His practice covers a broad spectrum of legal issues including municipal law, real estate, contracts, corporate law and estate planning.
Prior to becoming President of the firm, Blaine worked as an assoicate at Robert Green, Chartered for five years. He also teaches at Ottawa University as an adjunct faculty member in the fields of History, Political Science and Pre-Law. Blaine is a former city commissioner and Mayor of the City of Ottawa. His volunteer interests include the Franklin County Historical Society and coaching little league softball.
Blaine attended Baker and Ottawa Universities, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Ottawa with degrees in History, Political Science and Psychology. He attended Washburn University School of Law and graduated Cum Laude. While in law school he worked as an intern and later aide to State Representative Ralph Tanner and the Kansas House of Representatives Education Committee.
Blaine is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and a member and past president of the Franklin County Bar Association.

Robert W. Green, Attorney
Robert "Bob" Green is a partner and former President of the firm. He has practiced in many diverse areas of the law. From oil and gas to felony criminal trials, Bob's 40 years of experience have helped make Green & Finch the firm it is today. Bob prefers to concentrate his practice in the areas of probate, estate planning, real estate, health care and oil and gas law.
Bob started practicing in Ottawa in 1968 in the firm of Winter & Green. He quickly became owner and President of the firm. Through his 40 years of practice Bob has won numerous awards and held several offices, including: Member, Board of Governors of the Kansas University Law Society and President of the Kansas Association of Hospital Attorneys.
His volunteer activities include service with the Ottawa Rotary Club and assisting in administering the Rotary Foundation Scholarship. Bob has also been active in establishing the Franklin County Foundation and partnering with the Kansas City Foundation to administer local charitable donations. Bob also enjoys spending time with his family and his rekindled hobby, cross country motorcycle riding.

| Dan Covington, Partner
Dan has been practicing law in Ottawa since 1999, and is a partner in the firm. He grew up in Kansas, earning his undergraduate degree from Fort Hays State University. He served four years in the U.S. Navy in San Diego before returning to Kansas to pursue graduate studies at the University of Kansas School of Law. He is active in business and commercial law, estate and business planning, real estate, litigating civil matters, and advocating for creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. He has experience representing business clients ranging from banks to farms and dairies, and from cities to telephone companies and commercial toy and novelty distributors. Before joining Green & Finch, Dan managed his solo practice for a time, after being a partner at Anderson & Byrd. He received a JD degree in 1999 from the University of Kansas. While in law school he served as an intern for the Paul E. Wilson Defender Project. Dan was also a staff member for the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy which published his article on security interests in farm products. Kan. J.L. & Pub. Pol’y, Winter, 1999, at 342.
He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Central Christian College, Ottawa Chamber of Commerce, and for Kiwanis of Ottawa. Dan is licensed to practice in all courts in Kansas, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
